So I would like a signature picture on my profile.
I Have a picture saved on my computer...
Now...
How do I get it to the right size and where is the code?

First thing you need to do is find an site to host your image. Photobucket, ImageShack, and Tinypic are three popular ones.

Instructions for posting the image in your signature can be found at this thread.
